Due to the custom nature of our design and motion work, we do not offer refunds on any work that has already been completed, delivered, or approved. Once resources have been allocated and work has commenced, payments for that period are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation is processed mid-cycle and no work has been initiated for that period, a pro-rated refund may be considered at the sole discretion of AI.VEN LAB.
While we do not offer monetary refunds for completed work, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer unlimited revisions within your active subscription period to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
