1. The Service

AIVENLAB provides design and motion services. We operate on a subscription basis. "Unlimited Requests" refers to the ability to add unlimited items to your queue, which are processed one by one.

2. Ownership

You own all files delivered. We claim no intellectual property rights over the final materials created for you. You may use them commercially.

3. Payments

Services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. There are no refunds for partial months or unused time.

4. Warranties

The service is provided "as is". While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. AI Content & Copyright Disclaimer

Client acknowledges that AivenLab uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to generate or enhance creative assets. Under current copyright laws, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection or trademark registration. AivenLab assigns all commercial usage rights to the Client, but we make no warranty regarding the Client's ability to claim exclusive copyright ownership over raw AI outputs.

6. Similarity Disclaimer

Due to the nature of AI generation, we cannot guarantee that the visual assets produced will not be similar to other content generated by the same AI models for other users. You accept this inherent risk of non-exclusivity for raw AI assets.

7. Prohibited Use

Client agrees not to use our services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, promotes hate speech, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. AivenLab reserves the right to refuse any request that violates our ethical guidelines or the content policies of our AI providers (e.g., Midjourney/OpenAI).
