01 // THE WORKFLOW
What exactly does "Unlimited Requests" mean? +
It means you can add as many design or motion tasks to your queue as you’d like—there is no cap. We will work through them one by one. Once a task is approved, we immediately move on to the next one in your queue. This ensures maximum focus and quality for every single asset.
What is the typical turnaround time? +

Speed is our currency.

  • Static Graphics (Images/UI Assets): Typically delivered within 24 hours.
  • Social Motion (Short Videos): Typically 24-48 hours, depending on complexity.

Note: Extremely complex requests (like full minute-long animations) may be broken down into milestones.

How do I request designs? +
We keep it streamlined via Trello. You simply add a card to your board with your brief (text description, reference images, or vibe). You can check the status of your request (Active, In Progress, Done) in real-time. No messy email chains.

Is the work 100% AI-generated? Why should I pay you? +
We are AI-First, not AI-Only. Raw AI output often has glitches (bad hands, weird text). We use expert human designers to curate, correct, refine, and composite the final assets. You are paying for consistent, commercial-grade quality and the saved time of not having to prompt-engineer for hours yourself.
What software and AI models do you use? +
We leverage a top-tier stack including Midjourney v6, Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, and Magnific AI for generation. For refinement and motion, we use the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
What if I'm not happy with the result? +
Then we keep working. Revisions are unlimited. Just leave a comment on the Trello card, and we’ll tweak the design until it matches your vision perfectly. We don't stop until you're happy.
03 // OWNERSHIP & BILLING
Who owns the copyright to the work? +
You do. All final delivered assets are 100% yours to use commercially. We transfer all rights to you upon delivery.
How does the "Pause" feature work? +
Work volume fluctuates. If you have a slow month, you can pause your subscription. For example, if you use the service for 15 days and then pause, your remaining 15 days of service will be saved for whenever you need them in the future. Don't pay for time you don't use.
Are there any refunds? +
Due to the high-cost nature of creative work and GPU rendering, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

Fair Use Policy

Our "Unlimited" service allows for infinite requests in the queue, processed one at a time. We reserve the right to pause service for any client engaging in "bot-like" automated behavior or submitting requests faster than humanly possible to process, to ensure quality for all clients.
